Albert Davis

Mr. Albert Davis, age 76, of Chapel Hill, Tennessee, died Wednesday morning, January 26, 2022 in Fayetteville, Tennessee. Mr. Davis was born in Marshall County and was a son of the late Frank and Fannie Morenie Haynes Davis. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Margaret Carpenter Davis, who died in 2002; sister, Adelaide Haskins; brothers, Jim Davis, Raymond Davis, John Davis; and step-son, Leonard Rogers.

Albert was a graduate of Forrest High School, Class of 1963 and retired after 45 years working for Chapel Hill Farm Center in Chapel Hill.

Mr. Davis is survived by his children, Christy Davis, Lewisburg, TN, Lee Davis, Corsicana, TX, Bobbie (Ben) Boldin, Fayetteville, TN; sisters, Ruby Jett, Shelbyville, TN, Bell Trivitt, Wheel Comm.; brothers, Leon Davis, Shelbyville, TN, LeRoy Davis, Unionville, TN; six grandchildren, two great grandchildren.

Family members will receive friends on Saturday, January 29, 2022 from 12:00 noon until 2:00 p.m. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday from the chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Gray officiating. Burial will follow in Virgil Crowell Cemetery in the Halls Mill Community of Bedford County.
