Ann Roberson

Mrs. Ann York Roberson, age 83, of the Harpeth Community of Williamson County, TN, died Sunday, December 4, 2016 at her residence.  Mrs. Roberson was born in Nolensville, TN and a daughter of the late Beale Webster and Mable Annette Little York.  She was a member of New Hope Presbyterian Church and was a retired school teacher for over 46 years.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby A. Roberson and her brothers, Alvin C. York and Claude Riley York.

Mrs. Roberson is survived by her daughter, Karen R. (Alex) Lankford of the Harpeth Community; sister, Vicki (Larry) Markus of Lawrenceburg, TN; brother, Beale Eugene (Cecilia) York of Smyrna, TN; grandchildren, Daniel Austin Lankford, Jessica (Cody) Haskins, Jon Randolph; great grandchildren, Elora and Elaina Schuller.

Visitation with the family will be from 4 PM until 8 PM on Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at New Hope Presbyterian Church, 1939 Lewisburg Pike, Franklin, TN.  Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at 1:00 PM at the church with Rev. Sally Hughes officiating.  Interment will follow in Williamson Memorial Gardens in Franklin, TN.
