Ann Sissom

Ann Mickells Sissom, age 78, passed away February 10, 2023. Ann was born July 12, 1944 in Whitwell, TN, and was the daughter of the late Willie Mickells and Ruby Kilgore Chitwood.

Ann is survived by her husband of 60 years, George “Sam” Sissom of Unionville, TN; son, Tim Sissom; daughter, Annette Sissom; grandchildren, Samantha and Blake Sissom; brother, Jim (Silvia) Mickells and sisters, Pat (Bill) Bledsoe and Agnes (James) Lepley.

Family members will receive friends on Monday, February 13, 2023 from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM at Lawrence Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM on Monday, February 13, 2023 from the Chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home with Jim Mickells officiating.  Burial will follow in the Pressgrove Cemetery in Unionville, TN.
