Betty Jean Reese

Mrs. Betty Jean Reese, age 74, of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, died Friday, July 12, 2019 in Nashville, Tennessee. Mrs. Reese was born in Drumwright, Oklahoma and was a daughter of the late Floyd Ernest and Marguerite Callie Gage Bell. She was a homemaker and attended World Outreach Church in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

Mrs. Reese is survived by her husband of 56 years, Justin R. Reese, Murfreesboro, TN; daughters, Tracy J. Nolin, Santa Fe, TN, Robin L. Lile, Chapel Hill, TN, Susan S. (Robert) Wheatley, Murfreesboro, TN, Kelli R.K. (Mike) Hatten, Lewisburg, TN; sisters, Opal Louella Million, Glenpool, OK, Sharon Kay Wade, OK; brothers, James Ernest Bell, Bartellsville, OK, Tom Bell, Joplin, MI, Robert E. Lee Bell, Muskogee, OK; twelve grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. Mrs. Reese was also preceded in death by a daughter, Barbara Deann Reese.

Graveside services will be conducted at 10:00 am on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at Swanson Cemetery in Chapel Hill, TN with Mike Hatten officiating. Burial will follow in Swanson Cemetery. No public visitation time will be held.

Family members will serve as pallbearers.
