Bill Gibson

Mr. Bill Gibson, age 94, of Unionville, TN, died on Monday morning, February 13, 2023 at his residence.   He was born in Akron, OH and was a son of the late Mitchell Gibson and Ruby Conner.  Mr. Gibson was retired as a salesman.  He was a member of Triune Baptist Church.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Diane Young McDole and a brother, Ted Conner.

Mr. Bill enjoyed golfing at various golf courses.  His hobbies included lawn work and decorating his yard for the Christmas holiday season.  He will be remembered for his great cooking skills.

Mr. Gibson is survived by his loving wife of 48 ½ years, Mrs. Ann Gibson of Unionville, TN; son, Mitchell Gibson of Hopkinsville, KY; 2 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

Visitation with the family will be on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 from 1 PM until 3 PM at Lawrence Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be conducted at 3 PM on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 from the Chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home with Bro. Jeff Elliott officiating.  Interment will follow at Swanson Cemetery in Chapel Hill, TN.
