Billy Eady

Mr. Billy Eady, age 71, of Chapel Hill, Tennessee, died Saturday morning, January 9, 2016 in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Mr. Eady was born in Marshall County and was a son of the late William Thomas and Eula Elizabeth Brown Eady. He was a graduate of Forrest High School Class of 1962 and was a retired farmer. Mr. Eady served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Brenda Gayle Ketchum Eady, who died in 2012.

Mr. Eady is survived by his children, Brian (Katie) Eady, Chapel Hill, TN, Kenny Eady, Chapel Hill, TN, Missy (Gerry) Ragsdale, Laws Hill Community, Norma (Jimmy) Scott, Lewisburg, TN; sister, Judy (Bobby) Paul, Chapel Hill, TN; brothers, Ronnie Eady, Shelbyville, TN, Ricky “Blue” Eady, Chapel Hill, TN; nine grandchildren, Tiffany Tate, Heather Bowman, Tabitha Ragsdale, Taylor Rogers, Haley Ragsdale, Savanna Ragsdale, Dylan Eady, Hunter Eady, Jacob Eady; six great grandchildren; special aunt, Marie Bradley, Holts Corner Community; several nieces and nephews.

Family members will receive friends on Monday, January 11, 2016 from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Lawrence Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Tuesday, January 12, 2016 from the chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home with Rev. David Ghee officiating. Burial will follow in Swanson Cemetery in Chapel Hill.
