Mr. Bobby “Pee Wee” Tankersley, age 68, of Lewisburg, TN, died Friday, January 23, 2015 at his residence. Mr. Tankersley was a native of Marshall County, TN. He was a son of the late Vance Tucker and Luna Jewel Brashears Tankersley. Pee Wee was a General Contractor, working in construction for many years.
Mr. Tankersley is survived by a daughter, Stephanie Tankersley of Lewisburg, TN; son, Vance (Melissa) Tankersley of Lewisburg, TN; 1 sister, Melissa Mahaffey of Nashville, TN; 4 brothers, Frank Tankersley of Knoxville, TN, Tommy Tankersley of Lewisburg, TN, Buddy Tankersley of Lewisburg, TN, David Tankersley of Lewisburg, TN; 1 grandson, Spence Tankersley.
Visitation with the family will be on Monday, January 26, 2015 from 4 PM – 8 PM at Lawrence Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 PM, Tuesday, January 27, 2015 from the Chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home with Danny Webb officiating. Interment will follow at Berea Cemetery in Marshall County, TN.
