Brenda Clay

Ms. Brenda Carol Tyree Clay, age 73, of Goodlettsville, Tennessee, died Monday evening, January 18, 2016 in Springfield, Tennessee. Ms. Clay was born in Marshall County and was a daughter of the late Homer Lee and Frances Johnsey Tyree. She was a homemaker and formerly employed with Caster-Knotts, Inc. of Nashville. Ms. Clay was a member of Bellshire United Methodist Church in Nashville and was very active in the Card Club and Ladies Circle at the church.
Ms. Clay is survived by her sons, Barry (Lena) Clay, Memphis, TN, Kenneth (Missy) Clay, White House, TN; grandchildren, Ryan (Natalie) Clay, Kristyn (Ted) Lyons, Kristen Clay and Connor Clay; great grandchild, James Clay; niece, Debbie Bernhard of Ohio. Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 23, 2016 from 10:00 am until 12:00 noon at Bellshire United Methodist Church, 1201Westchester Drive, Nashville, TN 37207.
Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 noon at Bellshire United Methodist Church. Entombment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, Goodlettsville, TN.
