Carla Beasley

Mrs. Carla Gayle Smithson Beasley, age 63, of the Ash Hill Community of Williamson County, died Friday, July 10, 2015. She was born in Williamson County and was a graduate of the Class of 1970 at Bethesda High School. Mrs. Beasley was a member of Spring Hill Presbyterian Church and retired as cafeteria manager at Spring Hill Elementary School in Spring Hill, Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her father, Raymond “Nig” Smithson and by two grandchildren.
Mrs. Beasley is survived by her husband of 45 years, Donnie Beasley, Ash Hill Comm.; mother, Carlene Skinner Smithson, Ash Hill Comm.; children, William (Amy) Beasley, Columbia, TN, Joey (Neva) Beasley, Chapel Hill, TN, Amy (Phillip) Harrington, Ash Hill Comm.; sisters, Rhonda (Jerry) Melson, Murfreesboro, TN, Annelle (Ted) Waddy, Ash Hill Comm.; brother, Ray (Debbie) Smithson, Ash Hill Comm.; seven grandchildren; two great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Saturday, July 11, 2015 from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Lawrence Funeral Home. Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 12, 2015 at Smithson Cemetery in the Ash Hill Community. Burial will immediately follow graveside services.
