Cathleen Darnell Weaver

Mrs. Cathleen Darnell Weaver, age 80, of Lewisburg, Tennessee, died Saturday, May 2, 2020 at her home surrounded by her children. Mrs. Weaver was born in Marshall County and was a daughter of the late Eugene and Nellie Collins Darnell. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Dorris Weaver, who died in 2014, and several brothers and sisters.

She was a member of First Baptist Church in Lewisburg and was a homemaker. Mrs. Weaver retired as a plant manager for Weather Tamer Corp. of Lewisburg, where she worked most of her life.

Mrs. Weaver is survived by her children, Jamie Kay (Bill) Maynard, Lewisburg, TN, Anita Fay (Freddie) Lee, Lewisburg, TN, Dorris Wayne (Ritaanne) Weaver, Lewisburg, TN; sisters, Virginia Mealer Bills, Sara Stacey and Peggy Edwards, all of Lewisburg, TN; grandchildren, Jennifer Maynard, Dustin Lee, Savannah Grace Weaver and Ben Weaver.

In light of the Coronavirus health crisis, there will be no visitation and a private family graveside service will be held at Lone Oak Cemetery in Lewisburg with Rick Rolin officiating. Burial will follow in Lone Oak Cemetery. Please know that online tributes thru the funeral home website are equally appreciated.
