Curtis Laney

Mr. Curtis Wilson Laney, age 62, of Hermitage, TN, formerly of Chapel Hill, TN, died Sat., Nov. 30, 2013. A native of Tupelo, MS, Mr.Laney was a Supply chain driver for Averette Express. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served during the Vietnam War.

Mr. Laney is survived by his wife, Sandy Wakefield Laney; 2 step-sons, Jonathan Ardis of Hurlburt Field, FL; Jimmy Ardis of CA.

Visitation will be Wed., Dec. 4, 2013 from 4PM - 8PM. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:30PM Thurs., Dec. 5, 2013 from the chape of Lawrence Funeral Home with Bishop Sherman L. Merritt, Sr. Burial with Military Honors will follow at Swanson Cemetery in Chapel  Hill.
