Donald Waldrop

Mr. Donald R. Waldrop, age 63, of Cordova, TN died Thurs., July 30, 2015 in Memphis, TN.  A native of Memphis, Mr. Waldrop was  a son of the late William Clyde Waldrop and Anna Kaiko Waldrop. He was a veteran of the U. S. Air Force and was a retired Safety Specialist for TVA.

Survived by his wife, Mrs. Donna Waldrop of Cordova , TN; 4 sons, William C. Waldrop of Cordova; Thomas (Chris) Waldrop of OH; Sam Griffin and Matt Griffin of IL; a step-son, Ronald Arlen Shahan of MI; 2 brothers, Jack Proctor of CA and Sam Proctor of Wisconsin; 2 grandchildren, Anna and Brandon Waldrop.

Visitation will be Tues., Aug. 4, 2015 from 4pm – 8pm at Lawrence Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted from the chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home at 11am, Wed. Aug. 5, 2015. Burial will follow at the Ring Cemetery in the Pottsville community of Maury Co.
