Dorothy Moffitt

Mrs. Dorothy Louise Swartfager Moffitt, age 94, of Eagleville, Tennessee, died Friday, August 14, 2015 in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.  Mrs. Moffitt was born in Polk County, Iowa and was a daughter of the late James Gerold and Gertrude Brown Swartfager.  She was a homemaker and former employee of Meredith Publishing Company in Iowa.  Mrs. Moffitt was preceded in death by her husband, James Gerold Moffitt who died in 2000.

Mrs. Moffitt is survived by her son, Richard Moffitt of Eagleville, Tennessee.
