Edith Hartsfield

Mrs. Edith Frances Henson Hartsfield, age 79, of Summertown, TN, formerly of Chapel Hill, died Fri., Feb. 13, 2015. A native of Maury Co., Mrs. Hartsfield was a daughter of the late Daniel Tucker Henson and Mandie Rummage Henson. She was a homemaker and attended Summertown Baptist Church and Rock Springs Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Allen Hartsfield,Sr. who died in 1997.

Survived by 3 sons, Robert A. Hartsfield, Jr. of Summertown; Johnny (Sheila) Hartsfield of Summertown and Joe (Lisa) Hartsfield of Columbia; a sister, Ginger Barker of Nashville; 9 grandchildren, Robert A. Hartsfield III; Crystal Gonzalez; Brandy (Clay) Nunley; Cassie (Tim) Hallman; Vanessa (Michael) Littleton; Jeremy (Kristin) Webb; April, Gabrielle and Emily; 8 great grandchildren, Lillyana Gonzalez; Brookelyn, Madalyn and Blaine Nunley; Cruz Hallman; Damion, Zachary and Sophie Webb.

Visitation will held on Tues., Feb. 17, 2015 from 4PM – 8PM at Lawrence Funeral Home in Chapel Hill, TN. Funeral services will be conducted at 1PM, Wed., Feb. 18, 2015 from the chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home with Bro. Howard Kitter officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery in Columbia. Pallbearers will be Sam Hartsfield, Micah Hartsfield, Jared Black, Mike Spears, Clay Nunley and Tim Hallman. Honorary Pallbearers are Joe Kelly and Michael Littleton.
