Edward Hillard

November 19, 1953 — March 7, 2014

Mr. Edward Hillard, age 60, of Lewisburg, Tennessee, died Friday, March 7, 2014 after an extended illness. Mr. Hillard was born in Marshall County and was a son of the late Charles Columbus and Barbara Jean Henry Hillard. He was a member of LifeSong Family Church and New Life Community Church of Lewisburg. He was retired after 15 years with Marshall Farmers Co-Op of Lewisburg and was formerly employed for over 18 years with Roberts Chevrolet of Lewisburg. Mr. Hillard was a member of the Tennessee Cattlemen’s Association. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Deborah Hillard Dodson and a grandson, Jeffrey Clark Taylor.

Mr. Hillard is survived by his wife, Felicia Hillard, Lewisburg, TN; daughter, Stacey (Jeff) Sharpe, Lewisburg, TN; sons, Joseph (Amy) Hillard, Rockvale, TN, Jonathan Hillard, Chapel Hill, TN; brother, Kenneth (Patricia) Hillard, Lewisburg, TN; grandchildren, Curt Taylor, Ben Taylor, Alex Hillard, Brayden Hillard; several nieces and nephews.

Family members will receive friends on Saturday, March 8, 2014 from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Lawrence Funeral Home. Family members will also receive friends at LifeSong Family Church, 1041 South Ellington Pkwy., Lewisburg on Sunday, March 9, 2014 from 2:00 until 3:00 p.m with funeral services to follow at the church at 3:00 p.m. with Pastor Rocky Cunningham officiating. Burial will follow in Lone Oak Cemetery in Lewisburg.

In Lieu of Flowers, Memorial Donations, in memory of Edward Hillard, may be made to Caris Hospice, 1412 Trotwood Avenue, Suite 11, Columbia, TN 38401 or Maury Regional Health Care Foundation, Cancer Center Fund, 1224 Trotwood Avenue, Columbia, TN 38401.
