Frankie Scott

Mr. Frankie Dell Scott, age 61, of Chapel Hill, Tennessee, died Monday evening, June 29, 2015 in Lewisburg, Tennessee. Mr. Scott was born in Marshall County and was a son of Ruth Elizabeth Matney Scott and the late Dennis Huff Scott. He was a graduate of Forrest High School Class of 1971. Mr. Scott was a member of Chapel Hill Masonic Lodge # 160, member of the Chapel Hill Lions Club and a member of Smyrna Baptist Church in Chapel Hill. He retired from the shipping and receiving department at Teledyne, Inc. of Lewisburg. In addition to his father, Mr. Scott was also preceded in death by a daughter, Brandi Scott.

Mr. Scott is survived by his wife, Wanda L. Scott, Chapel Hill, TN; children, Roxanne (Scott) Broadaway, Lewisburg, TN, James (Lee Ann) Scott, Lewisburg, TN; mother, Ruth Scott, Chapel Hill, TN; step-mother, Eva Nell Scott, Lewisburg, TN; sisters, Patty (Roston) Willis, Belfast, TN, Debbie (Larry) Watson, Columbia, TN; step-sister, Sandra Gilbert, Chapel Hill, TN; grandchildren, P. J. Broadaway, Nathan Broadaway, Gracie Broadaway, Katherine (Jerad) Osborne, Meghin Scott, Sydney Scott; great grandchildren, Taylor and Levi Osborne; several nieces and nephews.

Family members will receive friends on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Lawrence Funeral Home. A Masonic Service will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday evening at Lawrence Funeral Home. Family members will also receive friends on Thursday morning, July 2, 2015 from 9:30 until 10:30 at the funeral home with graveside services conducted at 11:00 a.m. at Talley-Moore Cemetery near Chapel Hill with Rev. Kevin Robinson officiating.
