Gladys Brown

Mrs. Gladys Estep Brown, of Chapel Hill, TN, died Wednesday, January 20, 2021, at her residence following an extended illness. Born in Giles Co., TN, Mrs. Brown was a daughter of the late Charles Harrison Estep and Lillie Pearl Swinney Estep.

She was the widow of Ralph Edward Brown, who died in 2004. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by 6 sisters and 6 brothers. Mrs. Brown was a seamstress having retired from Washington Manufacturing after more than 40 years of service. She was a graduate of Beech Hill High School and a member of Old Lasea Church of Christ.

Survived b a sister, Loyce Estep Shaw of Cornersville, TN and several nieces and nephews.

No visitation is scheduled. There will be a graveside service conducted at 2:00PM, Saturday, January 23, 2021 at the Jones Cemetery in Maury Co. The public are welcome to attend.

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, those attending are asked to practice social distancing and use of masks as practical for yours and others protection.
