Glenn Haskins

Mr. Glenn Edward Haskins, age 73, of Unionville, TN, died Saturday, March 20, 2021 at his residence. Born in Bedford County, TN, Glenn was a son of the late Clifton Ira and Virginia Adell Douglas Haskins. Mr. Haskins worked for Genesco, Inc in Chapel Hill where he retired with 48 years of service. He was also a tobacco farmer and an avid reader of history, especially Native American history. Glenn loved collecting arrowheads, knives, raising flowers, hunting and fishing. In addition to his parents, Mr. Haskins is preceded in death by a sister, Carolyn Davis, and a brother, Ira Eugene Haskins.

Glenn is survived by his brothers, Ronnie (Angela) Haskins, William (Vickie) Haskins both of Shelbyville, TN; sister-in-law, Tammy Haskins of Unionville, TN; brother-in-law, Lee Roy Davis of Unionville, TN; as well as several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Sunday, March 21, 2021 from 4:00PM until 8:00PM at Lawrence Funeral Home. Funeral Services for Mr. Haskins will be held Monday, March 22, 2021 at 10:00AM from the chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Cothran Cemetery in the Rover Community of Bedford County.
