Harry Smith

Mr. Harry Dale Smith, age 75, of Antioch, TN, died Saturday, August 7, 2021, following an extended illness. Born in Chapel Hill, TN, Mr. Smith was a son of the late Fred Ernest Smith and Betty Elease Harber Smith. He was retired from the U.S. Army after 27 years of service and served multiple tours of duty in Vietnam during his career. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Herbert and Harold Smith.

Survived by a son, James Edward Smith; a brother, Jimmy Harber of Lewisburg, TN; and several cousins and friends.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 2pm, Wednesday, August 11, 2021 from the chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home. Visitation will precede the funeral service on Wednesday from 12pm-2pm. Burial will follow the funeral service at Hopper Cemetery with Military Honors.
