Harry Howes, Sr.

Mr. Harry Howes, Sr., age 70, of Lewisburg, TN, died Friday, April 20, 2018 at his residence.  He was a native of Davidson County, TN, and was a son of the late Theodore Ralph and Elizabeth Grimm Howes.  Harry was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene in Shelbyville, TN, and retired from Dematic Corporation as an electrical supervisor.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Harry Howes, Jr., daughter, Laura Mohrfeld, and brother, Robert Howes.

Mr. Howes is survived by his wife, Sheri Howes of Lewisburg, TN; daughter, Michelle Howes of Deltona, FL; sons, Rick Howes of Lewisburg, TN and John Cox of Lewisburg, TN; sister, Betty Bennett of Gallatin, TN; brothers, Ted Howes of Gallatin, TN, George Howes of Gallatin, TN, and Charlie Howes of Lebanon, TN; 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Family members will receive friends on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 from 4 PM until 8 PM at Lawrence Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, April 26, 2018, at 10 AM from the Chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home with Bro. Ron DeWitt officiating.  Interment will follow in Lone Oak Cemetery in Lewisburg, TN.
