Holly Kathleen Batte

Miss Holly Kathleen Batte, age 25, of Chapel Hill, TN, passed away on Friday, December 27, 2024. Holly was born in Nashville, TN and was the daughter of David Brian Batte and Julia Kathleen Reeves Batte. She was a graduate of Forrest High School in 2017 and graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2023. Holly was employed as a material engineer for Shively Brothers Company and she was a member of the Baptist faith, having grown up at Holt's Corner Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Billy Batte, Charles Reeves, and John Boone.

Holly loved crocheting. She was an avid video gamer and enjoyed game nights with friends. She had a green thumb and could grow all sorts of green plants. Most of all, she loved her family and spending time with them.

Holly is survived by her parents, David and Julia Batte of Chapel Hill, TN; brothers, Corey Batte of Ashland City TN, Cotey Batte (Haley Lowe) of Chapel Hill, TN; grandmothers, Joan Batte of Chapel Hill, TN, Kathleen Reeves of Ashland City, TN; 6 nieces, Aubree Batte, Lucy Batte, Everly Batte, Willow Ragsdale, Maya Batte, Oaklynn Batte; 1 nephew, Boone Batte.

Visitation with the family will be from 11 AM until 2 PM on Friday, January 3, 2025 at Lawrence Funeral Home. The Celebration of Life service will be conducted at 2 PM on Friday, January 3, 2025 from the Chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Chatman and Mr. Dean Delk officiating.
