James Robinson

Mr. James Leon Robinson, age 84, of Unionville, Tennessee, died Sunday, July 17, 2016 in Shelbyville, Tennessee. Mr. Robinson was born in Williamson County and was a son of the late William Thomas and Audie Odell Beech Robinson. He retired after 34 years of service with Inter-City Products of Lewisburg. Mr. Robinson attended Smyrna Baptist Church in Chapel Hill. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Polly Ann Elmore Robinson, who died in 2003; two brothers, Calvin Robinson and Johnny Robinson.
Mr. Robinson is survived by two daughters, Pamela Lynn Robinson (Dale) Giles, Chapel Hill, TN, Cynthia Robinson Hickerson, Unionville, TN; brothers, Albert (Bobbie) Robinson, Lewisburg, TN, Dannie (Peggy) Robinson, Shelbyville, TN; grandchildren, Christopher “Chris” Lowe, Felicia Giles, Corrie Ann Hickerson; great grandchildren, Shannon Lowe, Memphis Lowe, Lily Green, Roman Arias; step great grandchildren, Mark and Justin; several nieces and nephews.
Family members will receive friends on Tuesday, July 19, 2016 from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Lawrence Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 20, 2016 from the chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Chatman officiating.
