Jim Crutcher

Mr. Jim Crutcher, age 65, of Lewisburg, Tennessee, died Monday evening, October 14, 2013 in Nashville, Tennessee.  Mr. Crutcher was born in Williamson County and was a son of the late John Ed and Agnes Hazelwood Crutcher.  He was a member of Smyrna Baptist Church in Chapel Hill and was retired from the City of Lewisburg, Water Department.  In addition to his parents, Jim was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Crutcher who died in 2010.

Mr. Crutcher is survived by sisters, Margaret (Wayne) Arrington, Chapel Hill, TN, Polly Burrow, Nashville, TN; brother, Clyde (Jeanette) Crutcher, Unionville, TN; several nieces and nephews.

Family members will receive friends on Wednesday, October 16, 2013 from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Lawrence Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Thursday, October 17, 2013 from the chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home with Bro. Charles Hunt and Joe Coble officiating.  Burial will follow in Swanson Cemetery in Chapel Hill.

Billy Stafford, Jimmy Curtis, Larry Curtis, Ronnie Curtis, Marion Whitsett, Randy Crutcher, Barry Hoover and Mark Crutcher will serve as pallbearers.

In Lieu of Flowers,  memorial donations may be made to Smyrna Baptist Church Building Fund, P. O. Box 456, Chapel Hill, Tennessee, in memory of Jim Crutcher.
