Joe Mccall

Mr. Joe McCall, age 79, of Unionville, TN, died on Sunday, February 26, 2023.  Mr. McCall was a native of Williamson County, TN and a son of the late Jim McCall and Nannie Thelma Graham McCall.  He was a member of El Bethel Church of Christ and worked for Eaton Corporation where he retired in 2005.  Mr. McCall proudly served our country in the United States Navy.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Joy Potts McCall in 2014, and brothers, Robert McCall, J. C. McCall, Jack McCall, and a sister, Ann Bolton.

Joe enjoyed his hobbies of woodworking and photography.  He loved hunting, fishing, and taking trips to the Smoky Mountains.

Mr. McCall is survived by his sons, Randy (Kim) McCall of Unionville, TN, Gary (Amanda) McCall of Unionville, TN; 2 grandchildren, Nicolas McCall and Mackenzie McCall; mother-in-law, Mrs. Josephine Crafton Potts of Lewisburg, TN; several nieces and nephews.

Visitation with the family will be from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at Lawrence Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at 10:00 AM from the Chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home with Bro. Donnie Rader officiating.  Interment will follow in Swanson Cemetery in Chapel Hill, TN.
