John Gillum

Mr. John Gillum, age 77, of Chapel Hill, TN, died Tuesday, November 2, 2021. Born in Rover, AR, Mr. Gillum was a son of the late Don Cody Gillum and Sybil Geneva King Gillum. He was a graduate of the University of Arkansas  where he received his Bachelors Degree. Mr. Gillum also served in the United States Air Force and was a Regional Manager for Crop Production Services retiring after 30+ years of service. He was a member of the Church of Christ. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Matthew Gillum; 2 sisters, Donna Miller and Betty Rose McDuffy.

Survived by 2 sons and daughters in law, Doug (Stacey) Gillum of Murfreesboro, TN, Scott (Carol) Gillum of Chapel Hill, TN; a sister, Martha Ann Jean of Mobile, AL; 2 brothers, Arthur W. Gillum of Little Rock, AR and Rex Ferrell Gillum of Joshua, TX; 5 grandchildren, Taylor Ann Gillum, Jordan Saffel, Madison Garner, Levy Gillum and Cooper Gillum.

Graveside Services will be at 2pm, Saturday, November 13, 2021 at Swanson Cemetery in Chapel Hill, TN.
