John Stauffer

Mr. John L. “Jack” Stauffer, age 83, of Lewisburg, TN, died Thurs., May 2, 2013. A native of Mendon, UT, Mr. Stauffer was a son of the late Lynn Hughes Stauffer and Lucille Neuffer Stauffer. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. Mr Stauffer was a retired chemical engineer and was instrumental in organizing the Marshall County Computer Club where he gave numerous lectures. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Martha Taylor Stauffer who died in 2010.

Survived by 5 daughters, Joan Stauffer of Lewisburg; Carol Stauffer of Lewisburg; Susan Enyard of Louisville, KY; Nancy Sartor of Georgetown, IN; Diane Stauffer of Corydon, IN; a son, Peter Stauffer of Union City, CA; a sister, Patricia Hargett of Fuquay-Varina, NC; a brother, Richard Stauffer of Plano, TX; 7 grandchildren.

Visitation will be Sun., May 5,2013 from 12 Noon to 3PM at Lawrence Funeral Home.
