Mrs. Juanita Howard Smith, age 85, of Chapel Hill, TN, died Tuesday, March 16, 2021 in Nashville. Born in Williamson Co. TN, Mrs. Smith was a daughter of the late Frank Lewis Howard and Gladys Virginia Worsham Howard. She was a retired caretaker.

Mrs. Smith is survived by 3 daughters, Kathy Forman of Deerfield Beach, FL, Barbara Simmons of Boca Raton, FL, and Ann Key of Cookeville, TN; 3 sons, Brian McAfee of Lake Worth, FL, Brad McAfee of Delray Beach, FL, and Eddie Bowen of Cordele, GA; 2 sisters, Oma Batte of Chapel Hill, TN, Carol Webb of Leesburg, FL; 2 brothers, Bill Howard of Kuttawa, KY, and Lewis Howard of Lewisburg, TN; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In accordance with Mrs. Smith’s wishes, no services will be scheduled at this time.
