Mr. Saint James is survived by his wife, Debra Ruegg, Unionville, TN; sisters, Dottie White, , Missouri, Caroline Ruegg, Missouri; and brothers, Ferd Ruegg, Jr., Missouri, Richard Ruegg, Texas.
