Linda Eady Cochran

Mrs. Linda Eady Cochran, age 72, of Scotts Hill, TN passed away December 23, 2023 in Columbia, TN.  She was a native of Marshall County, TN and a daughter to the late Leon Garrett Eady and Christine Viola Harris Eady.  She was retired from working in the food service. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Sara Grace Little. 

Mrs. Linda loved making people laugh and telling jokes.  She enjoyed cooking for everyone and shopping.  Her favorite thing was spending time with her family which she loved dearly!

Mrs. Linda is survived by her partner in life, Raymond Rushing of Scotts Hill, TN; children, Michael (Amanda) Little of Mars Hill, NC, Lori (David) Pena of Summertown, TN; 4 grandchildren, Michael (Kaitie) Harmon, Nolan Little, Ben Little, Adylin Pena; 1 great grandchild, Landon Harmon; brother, Don (Pat) Eady of Lewisburg, TN; sister, Diane Eady of Britton, MI; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation with the family and friends will be on Friday, December 29, 2023 from 4 PM until 8 PM at Lawrence Funeral Home.  The funeral service will be conducted at 11 AM on Saturday, December 30, 2023 from the Chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Ellis officiating.  Interment will follow at Swanson Cemetery in Chapel Hill, TN.

Pallbearers will be Michael Harmon, Jerry Lawson, Brian Nickell, Gary “Tres” Linzell, III, David Pena, Triton Watkins, and Hunter Watkins.
