Linda Lamb Hill

Mrs. Linda Lamb Hill, age 69, of the Patterson Community in Rutherford County, TN, passed away on Tuesday, September 3, 2024 in Murfreesboro, TN. She was born in Rutherford County, TN to the late Grady Hall Lamb and Shirley Dean Prater Lamb. She was of the Baptist faith and was a retired Certified Nurse Assistant for NHC Healthcare. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Hill in 2023 and a sister, Joyce Elaine Barnes. 

Mrs. Linda loved cross stitching and working word search puzzles. She had a passion for baking. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family, which was her pride and joy. 

Mrs. Hill is survived by her children, Christopher (Jessica) Gilbert of Livingston, TN, Thomas (Laona) Hill of Smyrna, TN, Johnathan (Tabitha) Gilbert of the Patterson Community; 10 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and a brother, Grady Edward Lamb of Christiana, TN.

Visitation with the family will be conducted from 4 PM until 8 PM on Thursday, September 5, 2024 at Lawrence Funeral Home. The funeral service will be conducted at 1 PM on Friday, September 6, 2024 from the Chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Hill Cemetery in the Patterson Community in Rutherford County, TN. 

Family members will serve as pallbearers.
