Linda J. Warren

Mrs. Linda Jean Warren, age 77, of Columbia, TN, passed from this life on Sunday, January 26, 2025 in Columbia, TN. Mrs. Linda was born in Nashville, TN on April 20, 1947 to the late Henry Lee Green and Louise Evelyn Head Green. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a granddaughter, Leslie Potts. 

Mrs. Linda enjoyed spending time with her family and dog. She always made sure her family came first and they knew they were loved. Mrs. Warren was an avid Vanderbilt fan having traveled to watch the Commodores play in the College Baseball World Series. She enjoyed watching the Vanderbilt Football team as well. Linda had a wonderful time decorating her home and going out shopping. Mrs. Linda found enjoyment watching drag racing. You could often find Mrs. Linda getting her hair and nails done and which she always enjoyed doing. Linda had a special bond with her family, especially her siblings, Gary Green and Brenda Green. 

Mrs. Linda Warren is survived by her husband of 34 years, Richard Davis Warren of Columbia, TN; her son, Chris Potts ( Diane Bratcher) of Chapel Hill, TN; stepson, Jason Warren of Columbia, TN; grandchild, Ashley (Scott) Brown of Belfast, TN ; nine great grandchildren, Erin Scheffler, Kasen Scheffler, Gage Brown, Keaton Potts, Haverlee Conner, Colston Potts, Maddox Brown, Maverick Brown, and Emmalyn Brown; brother, Gary Green of Chapel Hill, TN; sister, Brenda Green of Chapel Hill, TN; and her beloved animal, Biscuit.

Visitation with the Warren family will be Wednesday, January 29, 2025 at the Chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home from 11AM until 12PM. The funeral service will be conducted at 12PM from the Chapel with Rev. Larry Chatman and Bro. Jamie Pratt officiating. Burial will follow at Swanson Cemetery in Chapel Hill, TN.
