Lynda Mccormack Harris

Mrs. Lynda Joy McCormack Harris, age 74, of Lewisburg, TN died Saturday, October 3, 2015 at Meadowbrook Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Pulaski, TN. Mrs. Harris was born in Marshall County, TN and was the daughter of the late J.B. and Iroline Gipson Graham. Mrs. Harris was a homemaker and a member of the 1959 graduating class of Marshall County High School. She was a member of Westvue Church of Christ in Lewisburg, TN. Mrs. Harris was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert S. “Bobby” McCormack, who died in 1983, and by her second husband, Bryant Reaves Harris, who died in 2014.

Mrs. Harris is survived by her sons, Robert C. “Bobby” (Tanya) McCormack, Cornersville, TN and Christopher G. (Jamie) McCormack, Lynnville, TN; grandchildren, Sara McAdams, Amanda Chilton, Kirk Lefever, Chase McCormack, Kyle McCormack, Mallorie McCormack; nine great grandchildren; sister-in law, Mary Margaret Henson, Chapel Hill, TN; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation with the family will be on Monday, October 5, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Lawrence Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, October 6, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. from the chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home with Rev. Tom Dumser officiating. Burial will follow in Swanson Cemetery in Chapel Hill, TN.

Family members will serve as active pallbearers. Nurses and staff at Meadowbrook Healthcare & Rehabilitation, Pulaski, TN will serve as honorary pallbearers.
