Mac Blackwell

Mr. Mac Edward Blackwell, age 61, of Bristol, Tennessee, formerly of Chapel Hill, Tennessee, died Tuesday morning, October 22, 2013 in Bristol. Mr. Blackwell was born in Marshall County and was a son of the late Albert Terry and Bernice Eggelston McElhaney Blackwell. He was a factory worker and former radio personality, working in both the Lewisburg and Columbia radio areas. Mr. Blackwell was a member of the Church of Christ. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Joe and Billy Blackwell.
Mr. Blackwell is survived by a daughter, Candace Blackwell, Spring Hill, TN; three grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Saturday, October 26, 2013 at Reed-Walker Cemetery in the Lunns Store Community of Marshall County. Burial will immediately follow. There will be no visitation prior to services.
