Mark Alan Souder, age 61, of Bon Aqua, TN, passed away on Tuesday, October 31, 2023 at his residence. He was the son of the late Donald Souder and Louise McWilliams. Mark was a carpenter and owner of Souder Construction for many decades. In addition to his parents, Mark was preceded in death by his brother, Jimmy Souder.

Mark enjoyed fishing, being outdoors, tinkering around his property, watching football and playing his drum set, although his favorite pastime was having fun with his granddaughters. He loved everyone, was a friend to all and overlooked faults. His favorite saying was “the more the merrier” especially when it involved a meal or gathering. His kind and generous spirit will be missed but forever immortalized through those who practice the same kindness and generosity to others.

Mark is survived by his devoted partner of 26 years, Tina Schubert of Bon Aqua, TN; daughter, Jennifer Cox (Jeremy) of Spring Hill, TN; brother, Randy Souder (Crystal) of Beavercreek, OH; granddaughters, Katherine and Heather Cox; and numerous extended family and friends.

A memorial service will be held in his honor at a later date.
