Martha Leonard

Mrs. Martha Leonard, age 75, of Chapel Hill, TN, died Mon., Feb. 2, 2015. A native of Rutherfordton, NC, Mrs. Leonard was a daughter of the late Henry Lonza Weaver and Marie Eads Weaver. She was a former cafeteria manager at Forrest School and was the owner of the Cozy Kitchen in Chapel Hill. Mrs. Leonard attended Holt’s Corner Baptist Church.

Survived by her husband, Lamar Leonard of Chapel Hill, TN; a son, Scott Leonard and fiancee Tanya of Chapel Hill, TN; a sister, Dorothy Hill of NC; a brother, Otis Weaver of NC;  grandchildren, Brittany Leonard Hargrove, Dane Leonard, Blake Leonard, Tanner Garvin and Tate Garvin; 2 great grandchildren, Cait Hargrove and Braylen Leonard.

Visitation will be Thurs., Feb. 5, 2015 from 4pm – 8pm at Lawrence Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 12 Noon, Fri., Feb. 6, 2015 from the chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Swanson Cemetery.
