Mary Lamb

Mrs. Mary Louise Lamb, age 71, of Unionville, TN, died on Friday, August 30, 2019, in Shelbyville, TN, with her family by her side.

Mrs. Lamb was born in Murfreesboro, TN, to her late parents Robert Franklin Smothermon and Maggie Irene Ragsdale Smothermon. She was a machine operator at Tyson Foods. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence “Bull” Lamb, and a brother, Robert Smothermon.

Mrs. Lamb is survived by sisters, Joyce (Claude) Throneberry, Unionville, TN; Bell (Kenneth) Lamb, Unionville, TN; Sue (Mike) Irvin, LaVergne, TN; Barbara Smothermon and Alta Smothermon, both of Murfreesboro, TN; brother, Dennis Smothermon, Murfreesboro, TN.

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 3, 2019, from 11:00am until 2:00pm at Lawrence Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 2:00pm from the chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home with Bro. Mike Hannah officiating. Burial will follow in Pressgrove Cemetery in Unionville, TN.
