Mrs. Nadine S. Newcomb, age 83, of the Farmington community, died Mon., Mar. 2, 2015. Born in Summertown, TN, she was a daughter of the late Hezekial Smith and Della Mae Henson Smith. Mrs. Newcomb was retired from Cosmolab in Lewisburg and was a member of Farmington Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Newcomb, a son, Tommy Newcomb, a sister, Crickett Smith and a brother, Alfred Taylor Rainey.
Survivors are her 2 grandchildren, Danette Newcomb of Davidson, NC and John Paul Newcomb of the Farmington community; great grandchildren, Hayden Cook, Kaylee Newcomb and Jacob Newcomb; 2 sisters, Faye Roberts of Cornersville, TN; Frances Higdon of Evansville, IN; a brother, Thomas Smith of Utah.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm, Friday., March 6,, 2015 from the chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Swanson Cemetery. For those who wish, Memorial Donations may be made to the Alzheimers Association.
