Nancy P. Walker Owen

Nancy P. Walker Owen, age 76 of Shelbyville, TN. passed away July 30, 2023. Nancy was born November 4, 1946 in Moore County, TN to the late James Carlton and Annie Ruth Smith Walker.

Nancy is survived by her loving children, James Mark (Jeanie) Owen of Unionville, TN; Lisa Ann (Don) Drake of Lewisburg, TN; Sherry Rena (Pete) Owen of Shelbyville, TN and Jeffery Lynn (Karen Watkins) Owen of Shelbyville, TN; sisters, Jimmie Lee (Gary) Anglin and Lathel Pauline Gore; grandchildren, Mark Nathaniel Owen, Waylon Anthony Owen, Jacey Lynn Owen, Brittany Turnage, Kristan Crawford Smithson, Chelsey York and Jeffrey W. Owen, Brandon Haskins, Audrey Ruth, Ashley Watts and Blake Watts; great grandchildren, McKenzie Smithson and Sage Owen. Nancy is preceded in death by her loving husband, James Harlan Owen; son, Bradley Owen and sister, Sarah Ann Owen.

Visitation with the Owen family will be held 4-8:00PM Thursday and one hour prior to the service 1:00PM Friday August 4, 2023 at Lawrence Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Cothran Cemetery. Family and friends will service as pallbearers.
