Nick Sorrow

Mr. Nick Sorrow, age 63, of the Caney Spring Community in Marshall County, TN, passed away on Saturday, April 20, 2024, in Lewisburg, TN.  He was born in Nashville, TN, and was a son of the late Palmer Hoover Sorrow and Barbara Sue Hinkle Wauford Sorrow, who survives.  Nick was of the Southern Baptist faith and owner and operator of Nick’s Produce in the Caney Spring Community.

Nick enjoyed riding motorcycles and trips to Florida.  He loved raising flowers and all types of landscaping.  He truly enjoyed celebrating all the holidays and spending time with everyone.  Most of all, he loved his family, especially his wife, Tina, and being with the children and grandchildren. 

Mr. Sorrow is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Mrs. Tina Westmoreland Sorrow of the Caney Spring Community; children, Ann Marie Sorrow of New Jersey, Nicholas Keith (Kelly Ann) Sorrow, II of Caney Spring Community, Carrie Elizabeth Sorrow of Ashland City, TN, Anthony “Tony” Palmer Sorrow of Ashland City, TN, Tabitha Kristy Sorrow (Thomas) Ring of Laws Hill Community, Tara Morgan Sorrow (Cody) Price of Caney Spring Community; 15 grandchildren + 1 on the way; Mother, Bobbie Sue “Nanny” Sorrow of Gallatin, TN; sister, Ginger Sorrow of Gallatin, TN; brothers, Barry Sorrow of Portland, TN and  Brad Sorrow of South Carolina.

Visitation with the family will be on Thursday, April 25, 2024 from 4 PM until 8 PM at Lawrence Funeral Home.  According to Nick’s wishes, there will be no public service after the visitation.
