Patricia Sawyer

Mrs. Pat Sawyer, age 59, of Chapel Hill, TN, died Wednesday, June 7, 2017. Born in Williamson Co., Mrs. Sawyer was a daughter of the late Paul Sullivan and Mary Alice Layne Sullivan. She was a bus driver for  Marshall Co. Schools.  Prior to this, Pat worked at Durango Boot Co., Cosmolab and Noah’s Ark Daycare Center. In between the aforementioned jobs, she was an over the road truck driver. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Sharon Mangrum and a brother, James Kenneth Walker.

Survivors are her husband, J.J. Sawyer of Chapel Hill; 2 daughters, Jamie Gregg of Chapel Hill; Aubree King of Columbia; a son, Jason (Alisha) Gregg of Chapel Hill; 2 sisters, Betty (Tommy) Reed of Franklin, TN; Cindy Sullivan of Smyrna, TN; 4 grandchildren, Michael Gregg, Hadley Frazier, Jacob Gregg and Jackson Gregg; several nieces and nephews; Ted (Dana) Traffanstedt, Elayne (Jimmy) Welck, Keri Reed, Benji Reed, Wayne (Melissa) Mangrum, Misty (Miguel) Quintarnar, Lisa Mangrum, Joey Mangrum, Lucy (Memo) Flores, Cammie Mangrum, Kenny Walker and Bobby Walker.

Visitation will be Friday, June 9, 2017 from 4pm – 8pm at Lawrence Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, June 10, 2017 at 2pm from the chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Nolensville Cemetery.
