Patricia (Schuler) Miller

Mrs. Patricia DyAnn Douglas (Schuler) Miller, age 73, of Shelbyville, TN, passed away Saturday morning, November 16, 2019, in Shelbyville, TN, with her family by her side.

Mrs. Miller was born in Bedford Co., TN, to her late parents Walter Denton Douglas and Elizabeth Ann Bogle Douglas. She worked with Philpot Printing as a printer until her retirement. Mrs. Douglas loved to listen to country music and loved her family dearly. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Jack Douglas and Don “Weazel” Douglas; and a sister, Janice McCormick.

Mrs. Miller is survived by her husband of 28 years, Billy Joe Miller, Shelbyville, TN; daughter, Rachel Schuler (Michael) Prosser, Shelbyville, TN; son, Jason (Hope) Schuler, Shelbyville, TN; step-daughter, Jessica (Jason) Wisdom, Murfreesboro, TN; step-son, Billy Joe Miller, Jr., Murfreesboro, TN; 2 brothers, Terry (Cheryl) Douglas, Rockvale, TN, and Phillip (Brenda) Douglas, Unionville, TN; and 10 grandchildren.

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 19, 2019, from 4:00pm until 8:00pm at Lawrence Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 20, 2019, at 11:00am in the chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home with Bro. Kenneth Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Cothran Cemetery in the Rover Community of Bedford County.
