Peggy Lewis

Ms. Peggy Opal Mealer Lewis, age 49, of Lewisburg, TN, died Saturday, December 15, 2018, in Nashville, TN. She was born in Shelbyville, TN to her mother, Peggy Louise Agent and late father, Clebron Glade Mealer. Ms. Lewis was a home health nurse for most of her life and loved riding her Harley Davidson Motorcycle.

Ms. Lewis is survived by her God-children, Deavin Taylor Myatt and Reanna Marie Mealer, both of Lewisburg, TN; brothers, Buford Mealer, Grady Mealer, Clebron Mealer, Jr., Ray Mealer, and Rocky Mealer, all of Lewisburg, TN; step brother, Jeremy Lampley, Columbia, TN; sisters, Judy Mealer and Minnie Myatt, both of Lewisburg, TN; several nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 19, 2018, from 3pm to 8pm at Lawrence Funeral Home. Funeral services will take place on Thursday, December 20, 2018, at 1:00pm in the chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home with Bro. Isaac Bourne officiating. Interment will follow at Swanson Cemetery in Chapel Hill, TN.

Buford Mealer, Grady Mealer, Clebron Mealer Jr., Ray Mealer, and Jeremy Lampley will serve as pallbearers.
