Randell Burton

Mr. Randell Burton, age 50, of Murfreesboro, TN, passed away December 31, 2023 in Murfreesboro, TN.   Randy was born in Nashville, TN, and was the son of the late Randell Wyatt Burton, II and Jane Ryan Cochran, who survives.  He was a paralegal for Ingram Book Group and was of the Christian faith.   Randy was a graduate of LaVergne High School Class of 1991 and Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree.

Randy enjoyed Star Wars and Scifi Movies.  He had a passion for video games, listening to music, and was an avid soccer fan watching family play.  He loved reading books, especially his Bible!  

Mr. Burton is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Frieda Walls Burton of Murfreesboro, TN; mother, Jane (Duane) Cochran of Melissa, TX; brother, Ryan Cochran of Iowa; special nieces and nephew, Brandi Walls, Morgan Walls, Jon Walls, Jewel Anne Walls Kydd; great niece and nephews, Matthew Walls, William Kydd, and Gracelyn Walls.

Visitation with the family will be on Friday, January 5, 2024 from 4 PM until 8 PM and on Saturday, January 6, 2024 from 2 PM until 4 PM at Lawrence Funeral Home.  The Celebration of Life Service will be at 4 PM on Saturday, January 6, 2024 from the Chapel of Lawrence Funeral home with Bro. Russell Richardson officiating.
