Randy Ring

Mr. Randy Ring, age 60, of Lewisburg, TN, died on Tuesday, November 1, 2022 in Lewisburg, TN.  Randy was born in Marshall County, TN to his parents, Joe Milton “Jabo” Ring and Emma Mae Gulley Ring.  Randy was retired after working many years for Sanford Corp., Rogers Group, and Marshall County Stone.  In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sisters, Ann (Larry) Harwell, Patricia Ring, brothers, Kenny (Karen) Ring, and James Odie “Gooch” Whitehead.

Randy loved aggravating people and making them laugh.  He served as a baseball coach and enjoyed wrestling. He had a great passion for hunting, fishing, and riding around.  His greatest love was for his family, especially spoiling his grandchildren and his “hairy man”, Dallas!

Randy is survived by his loving companion of 28 years, Betty Moore of Lewisburg, TN; children, Hunter (Cassidy) Ring of Stillwater, OK, Tina Freeland (daughter of Betty Moore) of Lewisburg, TN; 4 grandchildren, Hagan and Lola Ring, Joseph (Caroline) Freeland and Lahna Freeland; sisters, Cathey (Clyde) Ervin, Peggy (Harry) Murphy, Lesa Clark, Dorothy Whitehead; brothers, Dennis Ring, Dale (Donna) Ring; several nieces and nephews; and his beloved "Hairy man"-Dallas Ray.

Visitation with the family will be on Saturday, November 5, 2022 from 10 AM until 12 Noon at Lawrence Funeral Home.   Funeral services will be conducted from the Chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home at 12 Noon on Saturday, November 5, 2022 with Mike Blalock officiating.  Interment will follow in Whorley Cemetery in Lewisburg, TN.

Joseph Freeland, Austin Ring, Ronnie Fuller, Matthew Fuller, Nathan Fuller and Michael Crutcher will serve as pallbearers.
