Rhesa Casada Cox

Mrs. Rhesa Casada Cox, age 62, of Chapel Hill, TN, passed away on Friday, May 5, 2023 at her residence.  She was born in Jeffersonville, IN to her parents, Richard Glen Casada and Karen Gail Doughty Casada.  She worked for Southern Homes Real Estate and spent 20 years as a Realtor.  Rhesa was a member of LifePoint Church.

Rhesa enjoyed her beach vacations and lounging on the beach.  She treasured her real estate career by helping people and playing with her dogs.  Most of all, she loved her family, especially her grandchildren.

Rhesa is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, Phillip Cox of Chapel Hill, TN; children, Stuart Cox of Chapel Hill, TN, Lindsey (Zack) Cox-Smith of Smyrna, TN, Spencer (Sierra) Cox of Jupiter, FL; 5 grandchildren, Chloe, Eli, Avery, Hallie, Hudson; parents, Richard and Karen Casada of Manchester, TN; brothers, Glen Casada of Franklin, TN, Ryan Casada of Santa Fe, TN; and aunt, Kathy Gallagher of Manchester, TN.

Visitation with the family will be on Saturday, May 13, 2023 from 2 PM until 4 PM at Lawrence Funeral Home.  The Celebration of Life Service will be on Saturday, May 13, 2023 at 4 PM from the Chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home with Pastor Matt Stout officiating.
