Ruben Vaughn

Mr. Ruben Vaughn, age 65, of the Rover Community in Bedford County, TN, passed away on Thursday, October 12, 2023 at his residence.  He was born in Rutherford County, TN and was a son of T. W. Vaughn and Susie Adams Vaughn.  Mr. Ruben was employed at Tridon in the maintenance department.  He was graduate of Smyrna High School.  He was preceded in death by his father, T. W. Vaughn, a sister, Priscilla Adams, and a brother, Rodney Vaughn. 

Ruben enjoyed fishing, hunting, and playing with his cat, Maggie.  He had a passion for gardening and growing flowers.  He enjoyed riding his golf cart on his farm and appreciating nature.  He was a handyman that did woodworking and building and fixing things.  Above all, he loved his family and spending time with them!

Mr. Vaughn is survived by his loving wife of 9 years, Kimberly Lynn Vaughn of the Rover Community; children, Kayla Kanouse of the Rover Community, Kyle Kanouse of the Rover Community; grandchild, Ava Bergman; mother, Susie Adams Vaughn of the Rover Community.

Visitation with the family will be on Monday, October 16, 2023 from 11 AM until 12:30 PM at Lawrence Funeral Home.  A graveside service will be conducted at 1 PM on Monday, October 16, 2023 at Triune Cemetery in Williamson County, TN.  Interment will follow there.
