Mrs. Sara Louise Webb Porter, age 97, of the Triune Community of Williamson County, died Sunday morning, May 10, 2020. Mrs. Porter was born in Rutherford County and was a daughter of the late James Henry and Eunice Thomas Webb. She was a homemaker and a member of Triune United Methodist Church.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Porter was also preceded in death by her husband, Julius Porter, who died in January of 1976; son-in-law, George Jones; sisters, Pearl Mitchell, Era Vaughn; and brother, James Henry Webb, Jr.

Mrs. Porter is survived by her children, Jimmy (Bobbie) Porter, Brentwood, TN, Linda Jones, Triune Comm., Vickie (Bud) Mayfield, Triune Comm., Kendall (Debra) Porter, Belmont, NC, Patricia (Brent) Rowland, Readyville, TN, Mark (Sheila) Porter, Chapel Hill, TN, Keith (Margie) Porter, College Grove, TN; 21 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren.

In light of the Coronavirus health crisis, there will be no visitation and a family graveside service will be held on Thursday, May 14, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at Triune Cemetery in the Triune Community of Williamson County with Rev. Dustin Miller officiating. Burial will follow in Triune Cemetery. Please know that online tributes thru the funeral home website are equally appreciated.

Robert Porter, Mickey Jones, Matt Jones, Marty Jones, Morgan Jones, David Rowland, Spencer Rowland, Les Porter, Ben Porter, Josh Porter and Zach Porter will serve as pallbearers.

In Lieu of Flowers, Memorial Donations may be made to Triune United Methodist Church in memory of Mrs. Sara Porter, 7906 Nolensville Road, Arrington, TN 37014.
