Stacey Erskine

Stacey Ann Erskine, age 50, of Chapel Hill, TN, died Monday, January 17, 2022. Born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, Stacey was a daughter of Kenneth James Erskine and Sheila Ada Ann Willey Erskine who survive. She was a hostess at The Mustard Seed Market and Cafe in Chapel Hill, TN, where her genuine smile and warm personality will be dearly missed by so many.

Survivors are her parents, Kenneth and Sheila Erskine of Chapel Hill, TN; her sister, Kimberly Stinnett of Chapel Hill, TN and several Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2PM on Sunday, January 23, 2022 at the Mustard Seed Market and Café, 130 S. Horton Pkwy, Chapel Hill, TN.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Lewisburg Animal Shelter.
