Steve Yell

Mr. Steve Yell, age 66, of Lewisburg, Tennessee, died Thursday, September 18, 2014 in Lewisburg, Tennessee. Mr. Yell was born in Huntsville, Alabama and was a son of the late Robert and Addie Phillips Yell. He served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War and was stationed in both Korea and Germany. Mr. Yell was a long time employee of Dairymade Farms in the Caney Spring Community of Marshall County.

Mr. Yell is survived by sisters, Lucille Cook, Haskins Chapel Comm., Myrtle Harris, Shelbyville, TN, Juanita Smithson, Caney Spring Comm., Betty Jarrett, Lewisburg, TN; brother, Horace Yell, Lewisburg, TN; several nieces and nephews; several great nieces and nephews.

Family members will receive friends on Saturday, September 20, 2014 from 12:00 noon until 1:30 p.m. at Lawrence Funeral Home. Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday at Hopper Cemetery in the Laws Hill Community of Marshall County with Rev. Larry Chatman officiating. Burial will follow in Hopper Cemetery.
