Steven Earl Thompson

Mr. Steven Earl Thompson, age 80, of Nolensville, TN, passed away Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at his residence.  He was a native of La Jolla, CA and the son of the late Roy Leon Thompson and Kathryn Hinman Thompson.  Mr. Thompson was of the non-denominational faith and was a retired salesman for the ball bearing industry.

Mr. Thompson took great pride in his work and was an avid gun collector and lover of animal husbandry.  He loved raising cattle and truly enjoyed a good cut of beef on the BBQ.  He traveled the world over and his favorite movies were Shane and Sgt. York.  Most of all, he loved his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Mr. Thompson is survived by his children, Kelly Kathryn (John) Good of Nolensville, TN and Anthony Steven Thompson of Portland, OR; 3 grandchildren, Alyx Renee Thompson, Connor Thompson Good, Haley Kathryn Good; 3 great grandchildren, Nora Carpenter, Owen Carpenter, and John Atticus Good.

Visitation with the family will be on Friday, April 15, 2022 from 10:30 AM until 11 AM at Nolensville Cemetery.  The graveside service will be conducted on Friday, April 15, 2022 at 11 AM at Nolensville Cemetery on Nolensville Road, Nolensville, TN with Aaron Davis officiating.  Interment will follow after the service.
